Team TOBA High Performance


Team Mandate: SCMB’s highest level of Competitive skaters who are striving to achieve podium results at Skate Canada qualifying competitions. Continued focus on technical, artistic, and skating skills in relation to: Skate Canada’s LTAD model – (Learn to Compete & Train to Compete)

Criteria:

*Following Skaters must achieve the following Technical Score in the Free Skate

*Juvenile U12 Champion from Sectionals and/or STARSkate Championships – 10

*Pre-Novice: Women 23, Men 22 

*Novice: Women 27, Men 27

*Junior: Women 30, Men 31

*Senior: Women 33, Men 36.5

Junior Skater MUST have demonstrated consistency in double axel or triple jump.

Senior Skater MUST have demonstrated consistency in a double axel and at least one triple jump.

*Must commit to 5-6 weeks of summer training in 2019

*Must attend 2 Pre-Sectional competitions

* Skaters must submit yearly plan by June 1st 2019

Note: Skater will be signing a contract committing his/ her efforts to this program. If skater commitments are not made, there will be an exit clause from the team with no refund.
