Criteria:
1) A skater or ex-skater in any discipline between the ages of 16 and 25 years, who has achieved at least their 2nd Figure, Junior Bronze Free, Junior Bronze Dance.
2) Is continuing in the sport as a judge, data specialist or coach and has attained any of the following minimum levels:
a) Judge: Primary Evaluator and/or Novice Synchro
b) Data Specialist: Level 1
c) Coach: Primary STARSkate Trained / Regional Coach
3) Is currently attending and is seriously pursuing a post-secondary education (at least 3 credits).
4) Has contributed significantly to the sport of figure skating in Manitoba for at least two years.
Nominations may come from any member of the Manitoba Section, Board of Directors or
Skate Canada member clubs.
