Synchro Mentorship Coach Initiative
The Skate Manitoba “Synchro Mentorship” coach initiative is a new program designed to connect developing synchro coaches or singles coaches who wish to know more about Synchro with a dedicated, experienced mentor(s) at one of the competitions during the 2019 season.
This program aims to assist and enhance a coach’s knowledge, exposure and experience in synchronized skating while fostering a relationship between more experienced coaches and developing ones.
Goals of the Program:
* To provide support and resources to developing coaches with the hope of growing the number of synchro coaches and teams in Manitoba.
* To increase sharing and collaboration between coaches.
* Expose developing coaches to a range of synchro levels from Skate to Standard to Learn to Train to Active for Life teams.
