Skate Manitoba Winter Blast Competition
Calling all skaters! The Skate Manitoba Winter Blast Competition is an open event that welcomes skaters to Morden, Manitoba to compete in a fun filled weekend for participants of all disciplines from STAR 1 through Gold, as well as Special Olympics, Adult, Pre-Novice through Senior. Join us in Morden for a weekend packed with fun and fierce competition. A celebration of all disciplines.

SEEKING VOLUNTEERS
Complete six (6) shifts during the competition to earn some volunteer appreciation for your Club or Synchro Team! Each shift earns your club or team $40 (a 5 hour shift earns $50), so that’s at least $240.00 when 6 people complete a shift for your club/team (can be one person completing 6 shifts, or 3 people completing 2 shifts each – whatever works for you)!
Cheques will be written out to the club or synchro team following the competition. Must be a Manitoba Skating Club or Manitoba Synchro Team to participate in the appreciation – but anyone can volunteer!
Come volunteer with us and make Prairie Regionals and Winter Blast a fun and memorable experience for everyone!
There will be an opportunity to order portraits and on-ice photos of your skater(s) at Prairie Regionals & Winter Blast with Mac Photography! There will be a studio lighting setup on-site at our vendor table where you can have portraits done at your convenience, with high-resolution images delivered digitally through an online gallery at https://gallery.mikemacaraeg.ca/.
Prices for portraits are $20 per pose or $50 for 3 poses – feel free to have photos done with friends and teammates too! Pricing for on-ice programs TBA.
