To support Manitoba clubs with good governance practices and support,
we engaged with Sport Law to develop two by law templates for clubs. 
These by law templates replace the constitution & bylaws that most
clubs had and provides everything in just one document. Also below are several
policy templates that will assist clubs in their governance.

The Skate Manitoba Membership Committee aims to have virtual sessions this fall
to review these documents and provide an opportunity for questions. 
This will also be an area of conversation with boards when we come to
your club this fall/winter for our club support visits. We hope to have
clubs ready for their next Club AGM to present to your membership and
adopt these new by laws.
